This four part series began with “Making Smart Bets in the Age of COVID-19” a piece I collaborated with Annie Duke on back in April of 2020 and culminated with “COVID Mortality and the State of the Life Insurance Business” from February of 2021. Transcending the noise around this pandemic is a challenge that I believe the Actuarial perspective is uniquely equipped to handle.
